Beth Moses, CMT

A Licensed Massage Therapist, Beth is honored to have been part of The Center for Wholism since its very beginning in 1997. Her practice focuses on assisting her clients to learn how to relax, which she believes is the core talent for developing stress resilience...and, where the magic happens! She teaches relaxation through her therapeutic massage practice, personalized breath work training and enlightening discussion to get to the root cause of her client's stress. She employs massage and breathwork as vehicles for growth, wholistic connection with body, mind and soul, greater awareness and the ability to relax at will. Her book, It's All Well & Good, now in Third Edition, teaches people how to navigate through stress and land at relaxation. Beth loves being part of this journey as clients evolve and grow toward their innate self-healing power.
